Bharti Axa Life Insurance Launches Online Insurance

Private Insurance Company – Bharti AXA life Insurance launched its improved online term insurance plan – Life eProtect according to their agencies in Mumbai on 4^th of December. Sandeep Ghosh CEO of Bharti Axa Life Insurance said "Online life insurance has shown tremendous growth potential in the last one year. We launched our online channel earlier this year with 'eProtect' and the response has been very encouraging. Among six, we have become one of the top five players in the online term segment. We have incorporated customer feedback to our existing term product in the new version of the online product to ensure that it is truly a best in class product in the market,"

He also felt that “customers today are looking for insurance products that offer comprehensive protection, especially after retirement. An individual's responsibilities towards his family do not necessarily end with retirement. By increasing the tenure of eProtect, we are providing a longer coverage at extremely affordable premiums, making the new version one of the most competitive products in the markets,"

The age for life cover has been increased to 75 years and for those seeking insurance the maximum age has been increased to 65 years.

AXA Life eProtect ensures a unique benefit by which in the Family Care Benefit Rs 100,000/ can be released within 48 hours when needed. Also existing customers can upgrade themselves to the new version at a nominal cost.

Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company is a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises and AXA.
