BMA Champions for a Ban on Smoking in Cars

At the annual conference of the British Medical Association, many doctors voted for a ban on smoking while driving. Not many may know that smoking in cars is much more dangerous than smoking at home as particle concentrations are twenty seven times higher in cars as compared to home.

For the many who voted for a ban on smoking in cars, there were equal numbers who opposed this proposal.
