A new survey has found that Britons, on an average, sleep for less time than that spent on using technology. According to Ofcom, adults spend an average of eight hours and 41 minutes a day on media devices, compared with the average night's sleep of eight hours and 21 minutes, the BBC reported.
The study has revealed that almost four hours a day are spent watching TV and 50 percent of the average waking day is spent on media or communication activity more than is spent on sleep.
