Canadian Street Prostitutes Requests Protection

Canadian Street sex workers feel that the law enforcement is being biased against them.

Though sex trade has been legalized in Canada the sex workers feel that the Canadian Law which does not allow the prostitutes to communicate in public for negotiating with their customers in public and does not allow to do sex business in their residence or on an rented flat. The sex workers organization feels that the law will not help the sex workers as it makes them more vulnerable to brutality and killing, as they are not sure about the place of business and mostly face brutality by the customer in the unknown new location.

The Sex workers feel that the police and court is being biased against street prostitution but protect and encourage prostitution in massage parlors and escort services. The partial law against them had made the street prostitutes more vulnerable to brutality in dangerous areas and these workers are not able to report the brutality done against them as they fear threatened of police action them.
