A Dutch broadcaster has revealed their plan of airing a gory show of cannibalism where two presenters will eat a small piece of one another's fried flesh. The two TV presenters were said to have each had a small piece of tissue surgically removed for the "cannibalism" stunt, which the station claimed had already been recorded in front of witnesses.
One of the presenters chose to hand over flesh from his side while the other opted to provide a piece from his buttocks, BNN, the broadcaster known for pushing the boundaries of good taste in the past has claimed.
According to the Guardian, a teaser clip for the show "Guinea Pigs", which will be broadcast on Wednesday, showed the two men looking on as a chef fries tiny pieces of meat in a pan.
One of them, Dennis Storm, said that his motivation was a simple desire to know how human flesh tastes.
A Dutch criminal defense lawyer is participating in the programme said that cannibalism is not expressly illegal in the Netherlands.
"However, cutting and removing flesh from a healthy body without medical reason is illegal, and eating meat obtained in this way is punishable," the lawyer added.
