Cheryl Cole is maintaining an emotion-packed diary about her battle to overcome malaria.
Cheryl Cole is overcoming malaria by keeping track of her progress in an "emotion-packed diary". A close pal said expressing her feelings on paper has been a "true tonic" for the singer, during the illness and has helped relieve the frustration of not being able to work.
The diary charting her battle will be worth millions and mum Joan Callaghan, has been keeping notes as Cheryl speaks her thoughts.
"It's pretty moving and gripping stuff," the Daily Star quoted a friend as saying.
"Cheryl's been pouring out her feelings about being so ill, about having her mum nursing her just like she did when she got sick as a child," the friend added.
It could be a follow-up to her book 'Picture My World,' due out later this year.
