Climate Change Might Cause Spread of Allergenic Ragweed in Britain
Experts have issued a warning about a highly allergenic weed which has spread to epidemic levels in central Europe and which could potentially spread to Britain, spurred by climatic changes.
This weed which is called Ambrosia Artemisiifolia or more popularly, ragweed, could be allergic to many and cause severe reactions such as eczema, fever and asthma.

Increasing temperatures around the globe is ideally suited for this plant to generate more pollen for longer periods of time and spread to areas which were earlier too cold for its survival.

Those who are prone to allergies or are already suffering from allergic conditions need to be careful.
