The World Health Organization has communicated to countries the benefits of building up stocks of the bird flu drug, Tami flu. Nearly 100 companies have sent in their request to Roche AG, the company that manufactures the Tami flu, for their employees, to combat a potential bird-flu pandemic.
Though U.S did not blatantly advice companies to stock up Tami flu, yet they have enabled companies a list of things to do, to protect their employees adequately. It is estimated that nearly 41 million Americans are without any sort of insurance cover.
