Experts have warned that computer games are actually causing an anxiety epidemic in young people, bringing their stress levels up.
The report, submitted by a clinic, showed that playing certain games increased stress disorders. The stress level is heightened by combat games, which bring out a "fight or flight" response, causing an adrenaline surge in the body.

"Pushing anxiety to such a level without physical action can cause adrenaline overload," the Sun quoted Charles Linden, of the Linden Centre in Kidderminster, Worcs, as saying.
"The rise in anxiety disorders is frightening," he added.
