Crazy Celeb Diets Have No Nutritional Value and can be Dangerous
The end of a year is the time to reflect on the best, and worst, moments of the past 12 months. The British Dietetic Association (BDA) has come up with some of the weirdest diets followed by various celebrities across the globe.
The BDA has listed three of the craziest diets followed by celebrities:

The Blood Group Diet of which Cheryl Cole is reportedly a fan. The BDA says that this diet, which has no scientific merit at all and could lead to calcium deficiency.

The Maple Syrup Diet, which is apparently, followed by Naomi Campbell and Beyonce Knowles. The BDA says this diet is dangerous and boring and has no nutritional value.

Cabbage Soup or Fat-Burning Soup Diet of which Sarah Michelle Gellar is reportedly an avid follower. The BDA says this diet is nutritionally lacking and not sustainable.

As can be safely concluded, it is better to eat a balanced diet and get proper exercise rather than following crazy diets for a healthy life.
