Delaying Aging is Now Within Reach
According to a recent Canadian research, regular exercise is perhaps the best way to delay ageing and prevent early death.
In a study, researchers from McMaster University in Hamilton used mice to establish the effects of exercise on health and ageing-for instance sedentary mice aged faster as compared to active ones.

As part of the study, a group of mice were programmed to genetically age much faster.  The researchers took some of the mice from this group and got them on the treadmill forcing them to jog at a fast pace three times in a week.

The researchers also found that after a period of five months,  the mice that were active, looked as young as ever, while the sedentary mice showed signs of ageing, greying and loss of hair. Researchers also observed that the muscle structure of mice that exercised were normal whereas the sedentary ones showed signs of damage.

Researchers advise that  it is never too late to start, and one can draw from the benefits of exercise in delaying ageing and preventing many health risks which can lead to early death.
