A Dieticians Association of Australia study has warned that eating too much of sushi could be bad for health

The study comes on the back of seaweeds recalls by Asian food markets, such as Korean-packaged Wang Dried Kelp Varech Speche and Heng Fai Trading, due to unusually high levels of iodine.
One sushi roll can contain up to 92 micrograms of iodine, says data released by the Food Standards Australia New Zealand. This is a high amount indeed as the recommended daily intake of iodine is 150 micrograms pr day.
