Economic Concerns Cause 15% of Women to Abandon Motherhood Plans
A recent survey conducted by RED Magazine among 2500 women, has revealed the mindset of British women towards motherhood in these recessionary times.
It appears that women are in a mood for caution and are postponing having a child due to extreme concerns about the cost of raising children in the present times of recession.

15% of women have completely given up on the idea of motherhood, while 10% have put such plans on the backburner.  Some 27% have thought of freezing their eggs and using it when the economy shows progress.

Till the economy improves, motherhood for many will have to wait.
