 Exercise can Prevent Migraines
Migraine victims may be benefitted with exercise according to a recent study from   the Sahlgrenska Academy at the University of Gothenburg.

This study which went on for three months followed 91 migraine patients and evaluated their quality of life, extent of physical activity, migraine  status and the treatment they received.

The study revealed that exercise and relaxation techniques were found to be good in preventing migraines especially among those who cannot or are unwilling to take medicines.

"Our conclusion is that exercise can act as an alternative to relaxations and topiramate when it comes to preventing migraines, and is particularly appropriate for patients who are unwilling or unable to take preventative medicines," researchers said.
