Fifty ambulances were donated by the Firodia Trust to mark the birth centenary of industrialist Navalmal Kundanmal Firodia. The ambulances were donated to medical institutions involved in improving healthcare in rural areas.
Seven vans have already been delivered and 25 will be donated within March. The balance numbers of ambulances will be given by the end of this year.
According to the plan, ambulances will be provided for rural areas as well as to chosen dedicated institutions working to uplift healthcare in rural regions.
