For Fiance, Jessica Simpson Goes Vegan on Thanksgiving

In a case of love conquers all, Jessica Simpson says she will eat a Tofurkey on Thanksgiving, as fiance Eric Johnson is a vegan.

The singer, during an appearance on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" Tuesday, revealed she wouldn't be partaking in any bird this holiday.

"For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey!" the New York Daily News quoted her as saying.

"After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy. When [he] cooks vegan, it's good," she said.

But that doesn't mean she's entirely sold on the idea.
