It is reported that the world's Finest Chocolate has broken the Guinness World Record for the largest chocolate bar to teach children about "proportion distortion" and eating right. The Chicago-based candymaker, known for selling chocolate fundraising products, will feature the candy bar on a tour of schools dubbed "Think Big. Eat Smart".
"We purposely made this bar to be an example of "portion distortion," the Daily Mail quoted Eddie Opler, CEO of World's Finest Chocolate, as saying.
"We're committed to educating families about eating right and staying active and doing it in a fun and engaging way," he stated.
According to a news agency, the chocolate bar, which will provide 209,000 1-ounce servings is made of 1,200 pounds of almonds, 5,500 pounds of sugar, 2,000 pounds of milk powder, 1,700 pounds of cocoa butter and 1,400 pounds of chocolate liquor.
