Hackers are using a computer virus to target the late singer Amy Winehouse's fans. The hackers urged the late singer's fans to download an "unreleased track" featuring Winehouse, and linked them to a computer virus instead.
The 'Back to Black' hitmaker's goddaughter, Dionne Bromfield, was targeted by cyber crooks who cracked into her Twitter account and then bombarded her 62,000 followers with a message alongside a website address which read, "One of my Unreleased Tracks Feat Amy Winehouse Download Here."
But the file on the link contained a nasty virus, so the 15 year old took to her Facebook page to warn fans not to be fooled by the scam, the Daily Express reported.
"Guys, please ignore any tweets from my twitter page for the time being. I've been hacked! Lousy hackers! Don't go clicking any of the links please till we sort it out please x," she wrote.
