This marks a changeover by the Haryana tourism in menus across its tourist complexes starting Jan 1, 2007.Cooks from Haryana tourism's complexes were given a few culinary lessons at the Food Craft Institute in Faridabad this week to help them prepare the new dishes, commissioner-cum-secretary of tourism Kesni Anand Arora said here Friday.
The cooks were not only given cooking knowledge but a few lessons in skill and attitude for preparing hygienic and delicious meals.
Arora said special dishes will also be churned out by cooks at a few tourism complexes where New Year celebrations were being organised.
