Nearly 1,400 suspected dengue cases with over 400 cases have been confirmed so far and all hospitals and medical colleges remain on high alert across the state.
Following rising number of dengue cases in the state, medical colleges and hospitals across Haryana have been put on high alert.Health Minister Anil Vij said, "The health department and all medical colleges have been asked to remain on high alert. The state reported nearly 1,400 suspected dengue cases with over 400 cases have been confirmed so far. All necessary medicines were being sent to the hospitals."
Vij said that directions have been issued to install machines in all districts to check dengue to help in timely diagnosis of patients and provide treatment on time. The health officers have been directed to carry out fogging in all villages, towns and cities. Platelets separator machines have been installed in Panchkula and Gurgaon to facilitate patients suffering from dengue and malaria.
