Human Papilloma Virus vaccines may protect women from getting Cervical Cancer
Drug Pharmaceutical Company Sanofi Pasteur MSD has produced a new vaccine Gardasil which is found to prevent cervical cancer as it is found to protect infection from two strains of Human Papilloma Virus which is responsible for causing cervical cancer. Clinical trial of the new vaccine Gardasil is being conducted by the Pharmaceutical Company.
Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers affective the women reproductive system, which occurs mostly by the infection of Human Papilloma Virus which is transmitted sexually which transforms the normal cells on the surface of the women cervix to malignant cells.
