Indian Music Composer Hospitalized Due To a Relapse of Blood Cancer in Mumbai

Aadesh Shrivastava was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2011 and due to a relapse he has been admitted to the Ambani Hospital in Mumbai.

Aadesh Shrivastava, a renowned Bollywood music composer who has been suffering from blood cancer has been hospitalized again in Mumbai.
He was diagnosed with blood cancer in 2011 but he recovered from the disease successfully. Recently he had a relapse and now has been admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai, since the last few weeks.

Anu Malik said, “I just heard the news of Aadeshji being hospitalized and I will go to visit him very soon. He has been a very dear friend of mine and also is a very hardworking person. My prayers are with his family and we all hope that he pulls through, the way he did last time.”

Singer Palak Muchhal said, "I was supposed to meet him, however, due to my health conditions, I could not pay him a visit. His son is constantly asking all of us to pray for him, as his condition is still the same."

In 2011, after his successful battle with cancer, he was actively involved in taking Shrivastava's Global Sounds of Peace project across the world.
