Salman Shaikh is an Indian actor as well as an anchor and dancer. He was born and raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan and usually is seen on the silver screen. He is most recognized for his roles in Chalk n Duster (2016), Aarambh (2016), Haasil (2017), and most recently in Ramrajya (2022).
Shaikh also hosted a musical reality show 'Sur Sagar' for DD National. Salman has done some amazing music videos for some of the biggest music labels in India.

In this exclusive interview on ‘How to be Fit’, he talks about how he works out 4-5 days a week for about 60-90 minutes. He emphasizes the importance of rest days. He says he loves non-vegetarian food and sweets. He drinks 3-4 liters of water a day and loves to incorporate juices and coconut water into his diet. He doesn’t consume alcohol and reads the religious book Qur’an every day and says it helps him be a better person and control his emotions and anger.

He jokingly talks about how his parents have been wanting him to get married and he keeps asking them for a bit of time, saying it will happen when it has to happen.

He talks about how people try to lift much heavier than their abilities in the gym and injure themselves. He also discourages the use of artificial enhancers in the gym. He says they give good results in the short-run but tend to harm the body in the long term.
