Jade Goody's cancer surgery wipes out her dreams of having a daughter.

Jade Goody has said that because of her cancer surgery, she will never have the daughter she always longed for.

The former Big Brother star's two sons mean everything to her, yet he always hoped to give them a little sister and make the family complete.

However, because of her disease, Goody can't have any more kids.

"Knowing I'll never have another baby is heartbreaking. I'm a young woman and I've got two boys who I idolise but I would have loved a little girl," the Mirror quoted Goody, as saying.

"I'd always felt there was a girl inside me desperately wanting to live because I never got the chance to be a child myself," she added.

When the reality TV star was five, her mum lost an arm and then became addicted to crack leaving young Goody to fend for them both.

"I desperately wanted to give birth to that little girl and give her the childhood I never had," Goody said.

"I would make sure her hair was brushed at night and I would rip up old sheets to make rag tails. Then we'd go shopping and play with dolls.

"But that little girl will never live now and that really hurts. It means even if I get better, the effects of this cancer will be with me for ever," she added.
