Jennifer Hawkins has revealed that she works out six times a day and does pilates to keep in shape.

"Exercise makes me feel energised," News.com.au quoted the model as telling body+soul magazine.
"I usually work out in the morning, even though I'd rather do it in the afternoon, but for the whole day you feel happy and you get this rush of endorphins through your body."
The Cozi swimsuit designer limits her carbohydrate intake, but tries to avoid them altogether in the days before a photo shoot or parade.
"They taste good, but carbs and my body don't work well together.
If she sticks to a low-carb diet and eats more protein, she finds that she's not as hungry as often.

"If I don't have a shoot the next day or coming up I'll be fine, but if I do I'll just have one cocktail and get my girlfriends to keep the bread basket away from me," she added.
