July is marked as the pride month for heterosexuals. Heterosexual Awareness Month, also called HAM, started as a Facebook movement last year's June to challenge the 'growing pressure and indoctrination from the LGBTP community,' the Huffington Post reported. People behind the event intend to promote straight as the important and life giving sexual orientation as intended by nature.
On July 1, their party began by playing 'hetero music' and the first Friday of the month, July 5, marked Straight Pride Day, where supporters of HAM were urged to don clean black shirts (the anti-rainbow?).
In a post on Tuesday, the group wrote 'kiss your partner good morning and good night and celebrate acting normal.'
