Sleeping less on school nights is an unhealthy prospect for adolescents and may elevate the tendency of risky behavior in them.

It is important that school going children get atleast eight hours (or more) of sleep at night especially on school going days.
The research also pointed out that students who slept less than eight hours on school nights were putting their health at risk and are more likely to indulge in risky behaviors.
