CrossFit is a mixture of aerobic fitness and weight lifting and its staple is the Filthy 50, which is a brutal series of exercises which includes 50 repetitions of 10 different exercises, all done as quickly as possible.
50 Box jumps, with a 60 cm/45 cm box, 50 jumping pull-ups, 50 kettlebell swings 16 kg, 50 walking lunge steps, 50 knees to elbows, 50 push press of 20 kg, 50 back extensions, 50 wallballs using a 9 kg/7 kg ball, 50 burpees, 50 double unders, News.com.au reported.
Froning is capable of deadlifting 240 kilos, squat 190, bench 150, clean and jerk 150 and snatch 120 and is believed to be as aerobically fit as an Olympic swimmer.
