An American sexologist claimed that men reach their sexual peak around the age of 18 when testicles produce the most testosterone.
But it takes about 10 years after the peak output to reach a man's maximum testosterone levels, which means that a man's sexual desire does not spike until he attains the age of 30, Fox News reported.

Ava Cadell, Ph.D., a Los Angeles sexologist and founder of LoveologyUniversity.com, said that it is around 30 years old that women achieve their orgasms with more ease than they will at any other age.
