Yaspal, milkman who lost a limb in road traffic accident gets Rs 15.33 lakhs as compensation

New India Assurance Company Limited was ordered to pay a compensation of Rs 15.33 lakhs to Yaspal – a 24 year old milkman, a resident of North Delhi.

Dinesh Bhatt the presiding officer of MACT (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal) said "The insurance company shall pay the compensation of Rs 15, 33,872 within one month to the petitioner,"
