Former external affairs minister K. Natwar Singh, who was admitted to the Escorts Hospital here three days ago following chest pain, is expected to be discharged soon, senior doctors said Wednesday.
According to hospital sources, Singh complained of some chest pain around noon Monday, following which he was brought to Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre."He has undergone a series of tests since Monday. His condition is stable," a senior doctor told IANS, adding that the former minister had a final test Wednesday morning and the reports were awaited.
"We expect to discharge him tonight (Wednesday) as there is nothing serious."
