He asked a woman, who was playing the role of a patient with a serious heart condition, to attend Church to relieve her stress. Rao has been sacked and is now contemplating legal recourse against his employers.

Rao "showed little regard for the standards of care and professionalism that is expected of him as a nurse," revealed Kate Bradley, from the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.
