A new report reveals that one in five children going to middle or high school are victims of bullying.

According to the survey, more than 26.8 percent of middle school students admitted that they were victim of bullying while the number fell to 15.6 percent among high school students. The number of bullies was higher among higher school students at 8.4 percent while it was 7.5 percent among middle school students.
Females seem to bear the brunt of bullying with 29.8 percent of middle school students and 17.8 percent of high school students being victims of bullying compared to 24.1 percent for middle school and 13.3 percent for high school male students.
