Physiotherapist Explains How to Take Care of Our Feet
An occasional pedicure is just about the only care our feet receive.
Therefore, it is highly recommended to opt for reflexology for our feet and the difference will be instantly noticed.

Eunice D. Ingham, a physiotherapist and pioneer of reflexology claimed that the feet and hands mapped the entire body into "reflexes" on the feet renaming "zone therapy" to reflexology.

Chandigarh-based chiropractor Sunny Dhind says, foot reflexology stimulates reflex points on the feel by applying pressure and these points correspond to specific areas of the body and when used singly or in combination, produce therapeutic benefit.

According to Rod Anker, Creative Director of Monsoon Salon and Spa, that offers foot reflexology treatment in multiple sittings, says that most people take great care of their face, hair and body but neglect the health of their feet, apart from having a pedicure.

Anker said that our feet bear our weight all day long, except when we sleep, therefore specific foot massage techniques can bring about a simple yet effective rejuvenation of our bodies.
