A Gold Coast radiographer, who created a fake identity by using photos of a female porn star, and tricked a nurse into sending him raunchy photos of herself, has been taken to court.

Jordan David Hennig, 24, was on November 11 charged with fraud and stalking by the Southport Magistrates Court, for tricking his co-worker, a nurse and aspiring actress, into sending him her pics, reports the Couriermail.

In a report presented to magistrate George Wilkie, police allege Hennig emailed Belinda Fitzgerald, who he is infatuated with, under the name of Megan Jones, saying she was from an agency called "Starnow".

He convinced her to send nude photos of herself in the hope of building a portfolio to be used as the covergirl for a health and beauty business called Completely Bare.

Later Hennig allegedly emailed Fitzgerald, again as Megan Jones, to tell her the business venture had fallen through but the photos would be retained for possible future use in other campaigns or publications.

The nurse sent more revealing pictures to the fake Megan Jones and even allowed her exclusive access to a private Facebook photo album of her own racy images.

The court was told Hennig had earned her trust by sending several equally revealing pictures, supposedly of Megan Jones, back to Fitzgerald.

It was only after Fitzgerald stumbled across links to Megan Jones on Hennig's work computer that she smelled a rat.

Further investigation found that the pictures of Jones were actually images of American porn star Meggan Malone.

Police interviewed Hennig, who allegedly admitted his actions had been "dishonest and immoral".

Hennig had planned to plead guilty to one count of unlawful stalking but he denied charges of fraud, and the case had to be adjourned.

The case will be heard again in Southport Magistrates Court on November 19.
