 Regular Breakfast may Reduce Stress
Eating a healthy breakfast every morning could reduce stress in your life as well as increase the functioning of your brain, a leading nutritional therapist has revealed.
According to Dora Walsh, who is the founder of Nutriheal, a healthy breakfast which includes wholegrain toast, eggs, bananas, nuts or porridge could go a long way in reducing stress and improve creativity of the brain.

Walsh based her advice on the recent study released last week by Best Western which suggests that what you eat at breakfast has an effect on your ability to cope with stress.

The study went on to add that while more than 80 percent agree that breakfast is the most important meal, one in three admitted that they don’t have the time to eat it before going out to work.
