Other symptoms of migraine like nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light or sound can also be reduced by taking an aspirin, the research, which analyzed data from a total of 4,222 participants, said.Sheena Derry, who works in pain research at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford and who is a co-author of the study said that aspirin would not benefit everyone with a migraine "Different people respond to different drugs in different ways, and at different times," she said.
The study also found that the combination os aspirin and an antiemetic was very effective in reducing symptoms, which make people sick. However the study added that more research is needed to establish the efficacy of aspirin in migraine.
