This is basically a service which provides region’s new family sensitive mental health program. It would receive about $2 million from the New South Wales Government.

Dr Murray Wright, a director of clinical operations mental health, said that it was good news for families and others who were experiencing mental illness. The aim of this service is to facilitate education and training, and individual support for families and people who take care of people suffering from mental illness. Dr Wright said that this mental health program was a great success in the eastern part of the Greater Southern region and hence hope to provide the same service in this area.
