The World Health Organization's Assistant Director-General, Dr Keiji Fukuda has warned that there is no quick fix to the recent Ebola outbreak and it will take ‘several months of hard work’ to successfully combat the disease.
"This is not something to turn around overnight, it is not going to be easy; we expect several months of hard work. We expect several months really struggling with this outbreak," he said at a press conference alongside the UN's Dr David Nabarro, who is coordinating the global response to the crisis.
