The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief was on way to Delhi airport to take a flight to Chennai in the evening when he complained of ill health. He was taken to the Escorts Heart Institute in south Delhi."He is under observation," said Jugal Sharma, a spokesperson for the hospital.
