Fox Searchlight’s senior vice president Sheila DeLoach would be conferred with the Humanitarian Award for her contribution towards charitable causes.
DeLoach would be receiving the 2008 Humanitarian Award from the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens.She has been contributing towards charitable causes for a long time and also participated in annual walkathons for multiple sclerosis and cancer research.
DeLoach has also been a member of various charity organisations Variety-The Children's Charity, a Will Rogers/Motion Picture Pioneers board member and chair of Help Our Neighbours Eat Year Round (H.O.N.E.Y.)
The 57th annual Humanitarian Award dinner will be held June 11 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.
