With three new confirmed cases of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) in South Korea on Thursday, June 18, 2015, the total number of cases has risen to 165, revealed the health authorities. The health ministry also confirmed three more deaths, taking the toll to 23.
Health authorities said that 118 patients are under treatment and 6,729 people are in quarantine.
