Whenever the board exams are around, guardians and students find it difficult to cope up with the exam stress.Keeping that in view the Mahasamand District administration has conducted special workshops for board students. The initiative’s focal pint is to help students of standard X and XII to avoid stress.
Designated teachers, as the resource persons at these workshops, counsel students on overcoming the psychological and academic pressures that often come with the central board exams.
At the workshops, the teachers train students about the art of taking up exams with a relaxed mindset. The workshops lay stress on building confidence and enjoy learning without losing focus.
Services of Nagesh Banchor, claimed to be a world record holder in conducting classes for 84 hours at stretch, have been taken at many venues in the District.
During his sessions Nagesh told students about the advantage of waking up early in the morning and having a healthy diet during exams. He advised them not to stay a wake late into the night and keep a healthy mind.

During the workshops, students have been advised to talk for family and maintain a cool environment at home.

Over 1.3 million students, including 18,000 from foreign countries, are set to appear for the Board (CBSE) examinations for both Classes 10 and 12, that begin today.
