A 572-pound spokesman for Heart Attack Grill, a restaurant in the Phoenix area famous for its unhealthy menu, died after suffering complications following pneumonia. Blair River, 29, took over as the spokesman for the restaurant last fall, a position that he had signed on for in order to have some good fun.
The Heart Attack Grill makes no attempt to disguise the fact that the menu offered in the restaurant is unhealthy with a single meal exceeding 8,000 calories.
The restaurant found, Jon Basso expressed his immense sorrow at River’s death and said that the 29-year old was his dearest friend. “We all have a very, very brief time on this earth, and the measure of a man is how he leaves the world after he's been here, and I can tell you Blair River was my friend”, Basso said.
