Florida restaurant Heart Stoppers Sports Grill boasts of an ambience resembling a medical facility and serves food in keeping with its name.

The diner in Delray Beach, Fla., which opened last month, has on its menu items like Chili Chest Pain Fries, Death By Burger and Killer Wings.

It has wheelchair wheels attached to each table, operating room lights hanging from the ceiling and defibrillators and dialysis machines in plentiful supply.

"My food's very, very good. It's more the size of the meals I get you with," the New York Daily News quoted restaurant manager Ignazio Lena, who is also a paramedic, as saying.

"I get the best beef I can but have a burger which is up to 3 pounds, it's literally the size of my head," he said.

Anyone weighing more than 350 pounds can eat at the restaurant for free where the biggest burger on the menu is named the "heart stopper", and the waitresses dress in lab coats in keeping with the medical theme.

"We have some metal silver doors on the wall that we call the city morgue, as well as X-ray lights," Lena said, but added each menu has a medical warning.
