Tokyo tops the list of the most costly city to live in. The Economist Intelligence Unit worldwide cost of living index 2013 placed Norway's capital, Oslo fourth after Sydney, reports The Age.

Oslo was closely followed by Melbourne, Singapore, Zurich, Paris, Caracas and Geneva.
