Tokyo tops the list of the most costly city to live in. The Economist Intelligence Unit worldwide cost of living index 2013 placed Norway's capital, Oslo fourth after Sydney, reports The Age. The report said it is a familiar position for the Japanese capital, which has been the world's most expensive city for all bar a handful of the last 20 years.
Oslo was closely followed by Melbourne, Singapore, Zurich, Paris, Caracas and Geneva.
