Parents lose 8 days a year from their lives trying to get their children to sleep, reveals a new survey. Parents, who spend 32 minutes each evening to put their children to sleep, said that the sessions with youngsters coming up with excuses against lights-out were more stressful than work pressures, the Daily Express reported.
The survey also found that four out of 10 parents cover a distance of 60ft a night by going back and forth to their children's room three times.
