UK’s tallest 5-year old boy Jack who measures 4ft 2in is one of the only 64 people in the UK to be diagnosed with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome characterized by a rare, incurable overgrowth disorder. He also has an enlarged tongue which creates breathing and eating difficulties. By the time Jack is an adult he could be 7ft 5in. No other family members suffer from this disorder.
