Vegetarianism is Indeed Making a Difference for Anushka Sharma
Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma reportedly has quit non-vegetarian food a few months ago, for her pet dog, Dude, who apparently, hated the smell of meat. The 'Dil Dhadakne Do' actress Anushka claims that she can feel the difference in herself post quitting meat.
At a press conference, when Anushka was asked a query on the importance of diet in maintaining health and hair, she said, "I've recently turned vegetarian so anyways I'm eating a lot more vegetables than what I used to earlier. And it's going great. I'm seeing the difference. It is very important what you eat as that is what you are. So it's very important to make sure you're eating enough vegetables and drinking enough water which I've always done."

About her fitness regimen, Anushka said, "I keep it very simple. I don't do too much with my skin. It's very important to manage what you eat and your lifestyle. So you have to take care of your health. Make sure you exercise as that's very essential. I see that it makes a lot of difference in me especially when it's regular. I feel like some dadi (grandmother) giving out information."

The actress also enjoyed spending time with another dog, Pluto Mehra, voiced by Aamir Khan on the sets of the film, 'Dil Dhadakne Do'.
