Another study by the BMA in Northern Ireland, say a similar case of verbal abuse by doctors on doctors were also been found. A postal questionnaire addressed to all BMA workers in the hospital grades during summer 2005 revealed the problem.More than half doctors participated in the survey revealed their terrible experience of verbal abuse by a patient's friend or his relative - Research shows.
One fifth reported to be avoided by their colleague and a few faces verbal abuse from their colleagues. While only 1/10th found to be verbally abused or excluded by the higher officials.
Since all feel to be treated less favourably than their co-workers 'Equality and Diversity' is the main motto to be followed in all premises - The survey results concludes.
